Applying additional Cut-outs to a unit

If you're in need to apply an additional cut-out to a unit side or back, you can of course switch off the part in the unit and replace it with an extrude.

There's a further way you'll find useful:

• Edit the unit symbol
• Convert the part to be edited to a mesh
• Do a 3D subtraction ("subtract solids") with an extrude representing the cut-out
• Exit symbol

Important: Don't edit the unit afterwards, otherwise the parts will be recreated and your edits will be lost.
